Both Dog and Runway Model Participation TICKETS get you to the entrance to the show, a VIP seat at the show (front row) and, a Swag Bag filled with fun gifts from Funari & Maxine Avenue NYC.

To participate in our show please completely fill out the form below. Once received you will be sent a link to our Runway Photoshoot Agreement, which will also need to be completed and signed and payment submitted before your spot is reserved.

This one-of-a-kind event will feature fabulous pups, design, and entertainment, with a percentage of ticket sales and purchases benefitting the Nashville Humane Society.
